our best services to help you be familiar with our product in a
short time, prefect our products and services to meet your need.
Our service goal is "Professional, Effective, Sincere, Perfect".
1. Product and Technical support:
1) Product support: we had set professionals to support LaneCat
services.
2) Product consultation: we will give full datum about LaneCat and
help you fix problems you met.
3) Installation scheme planing: we will provide you full installation
scheme plan.
4) Installation service: XMCCT will help you in LaneCat installation
and debugging. Our angents will provide on-site service if you need.
5) Service Response-time: Our response time is less than 24 hours
in our working hours.
2. After sale service:
1) Charging Principle: XMCCT's remote technical supports are free.
But On-site service may need extra charge.
2) Training Services: If user need our training service, including
LaneCat installation/uninstallation/testing and other basic need,
XMCCT and its Agents can fit your needs. The first training course
is free, but after appropriate fees may required.
3)Maintenance/Upgrading: Our local Agents will provide maintenance/Upgrading
service. On-site service may need extra charge.
4) Opinion process: If our agent receive your any opinion about
our products/services, they will hand in a <Customer Opinion
Treatment Table> to XMCCT and fix it.
5) Service checking: XMCCT will contact you aperiodically to check
our agent services.
