I showed Julia the images, and she said: “It’s 3PM, it is his lunch time now, he can spend it as he wants” For me it felt both good and both bad when she told me this. Bad: I didn’t catch an employee in the act, Good: I now know that her employee is working as he should.

Check the date and time when your employee accessed a certain website and take a closer look at his instant messenger logs.
